Refunds & Returns

At LHJ Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which items may be returned and how refunds or replacements are handled.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, we may decline the return or return the item to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances. We may also cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty items.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe after your return request is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
