LHJ Apparel aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations
LHJ Apparel currently ships within Australia. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used. Once dispatched, typical delivery times within Australia are generally between 2–8 business days.

These delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Carrier
Orders are typically shipped using Australia Post or other reliable shipping providers. A tracking number may be provided once the order has been dispatched where available.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
LHJ Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, LHJ Apparel may not be able to recover the package.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor delivery progress.
